I have a tag that came with my current project car. Just wondering if someone can decipher this for me !
Also should it match or have a partial vin from the car on it ?

The is a '67 or '68 Dart GT hardtop tag so there will be no partial VIN on it.. 273 two barrel, auto, 13" wheels, SPD of Nov 22. I have a B14 tag on my desk that is very similar except for exterior color (mine was ZZ1 goldish, yours was red PP1). Bucket seat interior in black as well...

What is SPD of Nov mean ?
 
h7 - fender/hood turn lights
j4 - Body Sill (rocker) Molding
R1 - AM Radio
X2 - Tinted Windshield
Y6 - Vinyl Roof - Black

Very similar to my first car. Mine was blue, no vinyl top. Otherwise, I think everything matches.
