Picked up a good running 318 today on FB for the wife’s Valiant....heard it run earlier, paid $500 and guy even delivered it to my house...oil pan to air cleaner....thought that was a great deal considering it ran, and it came with all the goodies and even headers. This was in a 77 Ramcharger, but has a car oil pan. Gonna take it apart and look inside and inspect it. I have another good 318 with 340 heads on it, haven’t looked inside that one much except for pulling the intake and it might have some mild work done to it, cam looked new and bigger pushrods and HD valve springs. so I’ll have 2 318’s to choose from now....just want to freshen it up, slap a mild cam in it, and make it look like a 273 Commando. I’ll probably have to start a resto thread for her car sometime!
