Yes but there's more to it. As mentioned, you need the matching upper A arms, and the 73 disc rotors will be the larger 4.5 bolt pattern, so "whatcha gonna do" with the rear? Also you may want to consider swapping them side to side so that the calipers on on the rear of the assembly, providing more clearance depending if/ what you have for an anti roll bar.
you need the later model disk brake upper and lower ball joints.
