The other rod looks different as well. The hols in the bracket with 2 bolts is centered in one and offset in the other. 2 different applications for sure.
Regarding the trans bracket; I believe the hole receiving the base of the torque shaft is factory offset to the left slightly looking from the top. Agree with the shape of the upper rod. Lower Shifter Bracket : suit 904/727 Torqueflite Selector Bar
