Wiper Motor Harness

Here is a 2-speed motor (which that harness is for)

I don't think you can go wrong here, the two separate wires go to the ballast on the motor and the other connector goes to the other junction block.

If you have a 3-speed motor there is no ballast and the wires connect directly to the motor.

Thanks for reply.........when looking at the photo of the harness.
The multi L shape prong goes to motor and two separate wires to ballast but what about the one
shown in the middle?.......the two wires that go to same connector?
Thanks

The large connector goes to the bulkhead, I take it you got that. As for the other one coming off the bulkhead, I have no idea as neither of my cars have it (guessing, neutral safety switch). Get a factory wiring diagram for your car, it will outline that.

OK, I have a '69 Swinger, just got out to the shop. There is another harness, it comes up from the reverse light switch in the trans, it's a BK and BK with white tracer, it plugs in to that double connector. The harness also has a third BK with white tracer that gets plugged into the Z port on the firewall connector, it should be open. The Z port on the inside of the car gets connected to your reverse lamp that is or should be at the bottom of your dash, below and to the right of the ign.
Make sense yet?
Service manual page 8-110, find Z port
Service manual page 8-112, find Z port
If you are missing the harness and lamp, Mega Parts has them in the electrical section, they're in 2 different places in that section. About $105.

There is a harness that plugs into the Transmission that has 3 wires. Two of them go to that plug in question and the last one goes to the starter relay next to the battery. They provide for the Neutral/ Park start switch so you don't start the car in gear, and the back up lights when you are in reverse.

I'd like to see more pictures of that 67!!

#12, not for a 4-speed. It should be as I described in #11.
