73 340 V 21 code

I have a 73 340 V 21 code Duster i am in the Middle of restoring. My Hood was gone when i got the car. Some people are say that mine should have scoops on it for the performance Hood package V 21 code and there is a Part Number in the book for scoops.. But in the Sales Brochure has a * That says for Twister Only.. Is there anyone who has a Original Factory 340 with Performance hood with them on it or is it just Blacked out ?
