New G3 Hemi Block...

FWIW , I have a 2010 Challenger 6sp(T56) , with a 408 CI G3 4.03X4.00
2004 5.7 block, decked to 9.245, MMX billet main caps,
Molnar 4.0 crankshaft, 2.10 journal ,Molnar 6.125 Rods
Pistons are Gibtec.........yes it's bored to 4.03...yes it's a .113 over bore, the 03-08 block can go to 4.06 if you find the right one, we sonic checked 5 blocks before we found one that my builder felt comfortable with doing a 4.03 bore.
Compression is 11.80 static,
Heads are BGE, with 2.20 intake valve(stock is 2.14) valves are stainless ,stock rockers, there's some port work mostly in the bowls, intake ports are burr finished.
Cam is an older Hughes grind ser5054, .622/.627 250/254@50 LSA is 110 installed @ 107.
Holly Race sniper, 105 throttle body.
1 7/8 headers, 3 inch exhaust
Car weighs 3800lbs with my 240lbs butt in it.
I have 28k miles on this combo, and it runs on Pump 93 gas.
Go to work M-Friday , Hit Island Drag way on the way home any given Friday during season,
Total cost for the engine was 7k

My 2016 Hellcat(auto)has gone 9.12@155 weighing in at a portly 4450(with out my 240lbs Butt).
Dive it 65 Miles from the house to Island Dragway in NJ, roll thru tech , click off a 9.30 with the air on.
the hellcat is a 400ci (4.10X3.795),
MMX BGE heads 2.18in1.65ex , cam has the same lift as my 408 but with less duration @ .50 and a wider LSA.
Owned this Hellcat since 2018, been running mid to low 9s since 2019 with about 18k miles on the current driveline.
I travel 95miles one way to work(live in eastern Pa near Allentown, work in Manhattan ,the 2010 is the 8 month out of the year daily driver... Gas Mileage sux ***
the Hellcat goes to work 3 maybe 4 times a month.
