Need a little help

My suggestions is make a drawing of what you see.
You can use the shop manual drawing as the basis.
Then write in the colors (or use colored pencil/crayons ) to mark up the paper. That's what I do, even if I take photos.

Below diagrams are from the '65 Plymouth manual which should be about the same as the Dart as far as wiring harness goes.

This is the INSIDE diagram. You may find numbers and letters on the inside that match some or all of the cavities.
Later connectors are so marked, but I've not worked with a '65. I see some possible labeling in the photo here.

Compare what you see under the dash with the colors and wire sizes (I've drawn in a few) figure out which whether the illustration shows the view correctly. [edit: based on Dibbons photo below, this may be the backwards drawing]

This is the ENGINE compartment diagram; and yes its annoying that they did not adjust the drawing to show the view from the inside as opposite from the view from the engine side. So that's what you will have to straighten out.

Use the pointed side of the bulkhead connector to keep track of orientation.

Do the same thing with the two connectors.
The lettered connector has a hump offset, possibly by cavity G & H. ( H has the gray wire G6 )

Note that S2 (starter relay signal) changes color, but most are the same colors inside and engine compartment side.

The numbered connector has a hump in the middle, supposedly between an empty cavity and the one with the wire to the lights (black with yellow trace).

There is what appears to be an 'oops' on the engine compartment drawing -
The battery feed/charge A1 should have a blue fusible link connecting at the starter relay like this

you can see it here in Dibbon's photo
