440-Auto to a 440- Man
No need to trim the input shaft.
Once you get the kit from Brewer's, bolt the flywheel to the engine.
It will provide a 'table' 90 degrees to the crank center line.
You can then use a magnetic drill press to drill out the pilot hole, some places rent them.
I DID NOT try to get it exact for a bronze bushing, I went slightly over the diameter of the pilot shaft but smaller than the OD of the bushing so there is still meat left for that in the future.
I will be using the Dakota style roller bearing.
