They are not a sporting rifle because the animal has no sporting chance to get away. If you're that bad a shot to need that firepower then buy the meat at the store.

Then under the second amendment the people also have a right to nukes
(Because the second amendment is there to ensure we can overthrow the government forces, should the need arise)
