How Big of a tire can I put on my 1968 Dart with the spring hangers that move the spring in about 3/4 inch each side and what back spacing do I need. I'm going to put 15 inch Mopar rally wheels on.

I run 275/60/15s with a 15x8 wheel on my 68 Dart w/ the springs moved in 1/2". You have to nail the backspacing dead nuts to run that size tire on a Dart - it'd be safer to go with 255's. I believe the backspacing is 4.75" on my 15x8 steelies.

Has anyone had trouble installing transmission cooler lines on a Dart with TTI headers I can't seem to get them to align without hitting headers.
That sounds about right. On my 72 Dart I have 245/60-15s on 8 inch wheels with 4 inch bs, stock spring location. They just touch the fender lip if I don't pump up the air shocks.

I have the same set up ! I may have to roll the inner well it give me a bit more room. I only have about 3/8 room on dr side!! A touch more on pass side
My recent venture with a 69 was:
3/4” offset spring hangers
15 x 7 with 4.5” back space
255/60/15 MT drag radial
Had room to spare; could have done it with the springs in the stock location.
