The speaker grill in my Dodge Lancer was destroyed by the sun. I designed and 3d printed a new one that looks nearly identical to the original and mounts in the same way. I printed the grill flat and face down, after printing I gently warmed the ends with a heat gun and bent it to fit the dashboard. I plan to paint the grill when I repaint the dashboard to protect the print from the sun. The design can be downloaded from Thingsaverse the title is 62 Dodge Lancer speaker grill.
