All of my favs. Lucky you. My wife coming from a polish family didn’t know what a Yorkshire pudding was. My mom taught her how to make them. Thank my lucky stars

They are so good with gravy Um good. We just changed the recipe and only use milk now. They rise a lot better now. Probably a good inch above the pan.
