Does anyone have a photo of a 74 scamp or swinger with the V1P vinyl top code and the original top intact? The information I've found isn't clear on this code.

Any 74 a body.'74 what?
V1P was for the Mod Top cars in 1969, there is no "P" code in 1974. Take another look, there is F which is green, or B which is blue.[/QUOTE
Well my 74 scamp has it.

Could it be for the half top?
Had a 74 Duster with a parchment color interior and roof. Might be what the P represents
No, that would be a V2 code. I have seen a gator grain type top on 74-76, but never seen the code for it...Could it be a painted roof?
My guess is the “P” means premium. Like a Mod Top was a Premium top. Just a guess
Paint code starting with a G identifies it as a 1971 color introduction.GE7 paint code that can't be identified. Car appears to be a sort of burgundy,
Drip rail moldings have been removed(I have them in trunk) but this is the best I can see right now, it's like a light cream color, but no clue how faded it isYes, GE7 is Burgandy Metallic. Can you find a good swatch of the vinyl top and take a picture of it? Usually under the drip rail molding is a good place to look, but you have to take the molding off...
