1969 Dodge Dart Swinger grill

I've combed through many of the posts on this subject but still need a few answers.

I think I've got the argent silver and black paint figured out but on a '69 Swinger grill.

But where the horizontal cross pieces are silver.......are these painted when restored?....if so what paint/vendor?........or just polished?
