Air flaps. Do you mean the adjustable air valve? Pics of the holes? What diam?
Was the purpose to have some constant airflow to avoid a bog?
I assume you were talking to me? I didn't get quoted so I'm kind of going out on a limb here... But if you're talking about drilling the holes in the secondary air flaps or whatever technical term they're called there was an article like I said when these carbs first came out in 2012 and I imagine it was a complete setup where we give these carbs to some performance shop and they work their magic on them under Dino tuning them on a engine and we promote your shop type deal.... Anyways at the time it was the only article I could find or anybody was attempting this successfully and I even tried calling them and they were very unhelpful...
