Thanks Neil. Ive considered both approaches. At the bumpers return ends the top edge is much further from the fender than the bottom edge, it's a head tweaker , probably be a tuck with some fill pieces. You can see at the bumper mid point Ive already closed the bumper angle to match the grill so what's more cutting and welding right?
