My interpretation of what you posted...
- You needed a full set of front seat seatbelts
- You contacted Edwards to buy a full set (with or without a core set from you?)
- You were on his queue (some number of orders ahead of yours)
- You contacted Edwards and were told "I'm working on them right now"
- You contacted him again and were told "they are done"
- You contacted him again and were told "we need your address"
- Some time has passed and you have not heard anything from him
- You are rethinking your decision to have used seat belts rebuilt rather than buying new style and reworking the mounting points.
