Power steering box

I'm still trying to firgure out what wrench to order, tried searching by the part number in the manual, but, came up with nothing, I would love to make something,but, no access to a welder, tried the hammer and punch method,but, not getting much of anywhere.

Where do you live in SD? We're going to be near there starting next Saturday (staying at Dana Point). I could bring the tools. Might have to fix the big one this week (I think one of the lugs broke a weld and I can't remember if I fixed it already or not).
