need help please- identify this m/c

it is a 4 bolt new( i think) and the chamber is big in back and small in front( disc/drum combo) the numbers on the bottom that are hard to see in pics is 242/4 then 71 upside down. got this in stuff i traded for. would like to know whether to save it or pass it to someone that needs it. thanks in advance rick w.
