Ponder This
Maybe I should buy you a big wooden spoon to match your shoes lol
speaking of large wooden spoons...as you might know i belong to a Baptist Church and we still believe that from time to time, you need to apply the board of education to the seat of knowledge, so to speak
so one day one of the families from church had invited us for dinner and it was packed in there
we had a couple different families all together and having a good time, and of course, with only 3 kids we are one of the smaller families there
after dinner, one of the ladies says "its time for icecream"
of course all the little kids flock to the kitchen because who doesnt like icecream?
(actually, i dont, but thats not what this story is about)
so my wife says "ill get it for em" and she goes into the kitchen
now, we had been a little bit crowded in there and there wasnt hardly any spoons left, so she goes through the cutlery drawer and all she can find is a wooden spoon
well, that should do
she takes the wooden spoon out and by the time she got turned around to grab the icecream all those little Baptist children were gone
guess they did not associate a wooden spoon with icecream
