Genetics
Low or none on cigarette or alchohol consumption
Diet: mainly vegetarian, 10 % meat, fruits and veggies
Limited consumption of carbohydrates,
Caloric restriction
Low Body Mass Index
Exercise, physical and mental
Strong family/Social network
Attitude !!
Etc., etc.
Do all that and you may not live for ever but it will sure feel like life just drags on and on
