I agree with all. You know what you're talking about. I worked for the railroad for 40 years.Calling 911 is the best way to get in touch with the people who can stop the train. I was a 911 dispatcher for a bit, and we had a direct link to the Union Pacific folks and had to stop trains on many occasions, usually when some dipshit got stuck trying to cross where there wasn't a crossing. That being said, most people know it sometimes takes a mile or more to stop a train, even when they go into "emergency." I wouldn't imagine commuter trains are any different.
