My mom had a driver training school when I was in my early teens. Her car had dual throttle and brake controls and I would sometimes drive it around parking lots while sitting in the passenger seat and steering with the bottom of the wheel with my left hand. Made a lot of people do a double take. Once I had my license, I drove it on occasion and one of my friends would be sitting in the passenger seat playing with the damned pedals. Nearly got in some serious trouble a few times.
