Valiant seat belts

Might come off as a dumb question but need some information. I have a 69 valiant with a bench seat. Did these cars come with 3pt seat belts? I bought the car without belts and just want to get the right stuff. I do see what seems to be an anchor point on the roof of the car (headliner needs to be installed). But I would like to confirm. And if anyone one has pics of there belts in the car I’d appreciate it.
