Stop in for a cup of coffee

Damn, Ted and I went to Travis' house tonight for some tastings. Ted dropped me off at home and I slipped in the driveway between the cars. Melt/freeze here tonight. Then walking around the corner of the garage where the overhang drips I fell again. Hit my head on the chain link post and landed on my bag of 3 bottles. I didn't break any bones or bottles but I bet I will be a bit sore tomorrow. Tylenol to the rescue. Too bad I didn't get it on tape. It would have made a great you tube video. Damn, did we do some good sampling though.

I had to go back and look to see if I was on the coffee thread. I can't believe I am for this day FIRST!

Morning!
-20 this morning.
Maybe f250 will show up. I will have something to do then.

Good Morning All! Liked the back read on the SS springs, I had them but they melted out (pads) during powder coat. So...am deciding to replace with same part number as to be even or to go with one extra leaf like they're designed to do.

Epic fail trying to access a microwave site yesterday to do some work. Chained up all 4 because it's a climb, threw 3 of the chains, lost 1. Could take the Argo up but it's a pain.

Dude, you're trippin....

I got lucky and our vendor removed the danger tree from the front of the property. They called it a "splitter", chopped down to the split, left 15 feet standing which I dropped that night. My tree guy texted me yesterday, asked me if he could drop off a skid steer. Boy I think that thing is going to do some damage! Fun starts tomorrow, I'll be "helping" lol! The pile to the right of the skid steer is my clean up of the forrest floor so far.

Not cold enough. And chains arent chewy enough.

Yes and I'm not surprised you know that lol! I tried it on a test run day before, no chains. Couldn't stay on top and it was nasty when tires broke through. That's when I decided I'd better go buy another set of chains. It either needs to melt more or get colder. I was dragging the diff's for last 70 feet, snow was getting deeper fast with the steepest grade ahead, was about 400 feet from the site.

Do you find the "cam style" chains stay on better than the "quick on" or easy fit types? I think quick on equals quick off. I did check them twice for tight going up but once I started wheel hopping that was too much me thinks.
