Can anyone tell me where this upper center gasket goes from the Chrysler power steering pump seal kit? I did not find one when it came apart. Kind of a shitty picture but it's flat and gasket paper material.

Yes it is a TRW pump, and just like yours Steve mine only has the one bolt hole in the tank. I did look at your "TRW ps pump question" and it was suggested not to use the gasket by other members so I will not. Also I have read that some other members say to use a thin film of gasket sealer on the big O ring just in case of imperfections in the reservoir tank, has anyone else done this?

I have not rebuilt a TRW pump. But I have rebuilt Federals and Saginaws. I don't use any sealer on the new Tank O ring and have had no problems.
