I own both numbers matching and non numbers matching,, and the cars don't know the difference. One fact is the numbers matching cars regardless of engine are more rare, as many lost the original. That to me is the only reason they are more desirable.
And, As my wife says, they aren't worth anything unless you SELL THEM!!!!
