Will I break this crank?

The Scat 9000 series isn't even close to the same as the Eagle cast garbage. Just one look at the where and how large the rod journal holes are drilled tells you an awful lot. Even the appearance of the metal itself tells you something isn't right here. I love the 9000 series because they are inexpensive, light, stiff and strong enough for 99% of folks. I've done 649hp with an Indy headed 416 and I'm sure its still running. I wouldn't move to a much more $$$ and flexible forging until I was anticipating at least 700+hp and or sustained WOT like circle track or marine or Bonneville use. Again JMO. J.R.

Ramm could you recommend a harmonic balancer for the Scat 9000 cast steel crankshaft internal balance ?
