So Biff, it depends if the new job has benefits or a pension. Any history of working with the new guy? Might want to talk to one of the guys working there. You might be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Sometimes you're better off to stick it out and bide your time there. Is the new guy offering you more money? If he is would your old boss match it to keep you? All kinds of questions before jumping.
Is it an hourly or a flat rate shop? I would never work flat rate again as your always fighting the clock.

Ok its same money , I have worked with him and the other mechanic , the shop is kept way nicer and he buys shop equipment , it's a 10 minute drive I currantly walk to work , my wife says no . She has been at her job for 28 years I change every 8/10 & its coming up on 10 ?
