Friend in the old homeland had a Goat (GTO) 400, TH400, 12 bolt, lotsa good parts added. The Chevelles in town didn't stand a chance :lol:. He had a music store in town and one of his young employees really liked the Goat and found himself a Ram Air 400 GTO for cheap, 4 spd car :D. It ran OK when he got it, but it was just not right. My buddy says "Give it to Alex, he'll get it right." I played with it for a Saturday, put a tune up kit in it, his dollars :rolleyes:, took it for a test drive. After burning the tires through the first 2 gears and halfway through 3rd, I took it back to him. Buddy says "Take it for a test drive" to his young working man. Kid comes back with this look of disbelief/excitement on his face "What the hell did you do to that thing? It's Scary!". Buddy and I just look at each other, "That's the way it supposed to run." :lol:
