Plus ****, gotta watch out for pythons and gators and other venomous snakes. We got 1 that at least will warn you before it strikes lol.

Yep, name your poison.

I like not being cold.

Everything is anchored down good for 120 mph hurricanes. Had 3 hurricanes pass within 50 miles here so far, everything stayed put. For some of the neighbors, not so much.

Yes insects.

Got to have good AC in the house and cars.

Good for a retired environment, having to work out in the heat, not so much.

Have to laugh, yes the salt in the air along the coastline will rust your tools.

Just getting to the point hate fighting the cold Winters anymore, nice to have the option to head South.
