There's a pretty good chance that is the '68 or '69 230 horse power 318, especially coming out of a B Body.
Factory 9.2:1 c.r. flat top pistons with valve reliefs and full floating rods.
'68 - '69 318s had the cast iron water pump with the driver's side exit.
There is "Gold" down in those cylinder bores.
Re-Ring, Go through the Heads and a basic 340 cam, now that's a nice runner.
