Spent all day working a car and it wasn't my dart.

Yeah, I hear ya, I take a peek at the window stickers on occasion whenever I have a delivery or pick up at one of the local dealerships. A well equipped new F150 Supercrew will easily run mid 60k here, a loaded one nearly 80k, similar Ram 1500 is not far from there either. We have some difficulty making ends meet as it is lately, wife has been on disability for 3 years now. We have even cut back to only one vehicle on the road since November, still not easy with the cost of everything going up.
What blew my mind where the Toyota Tacomas. My brother bought a brand new one last year (2020) for like 32k its pretty much base but its a really nice truck. Has navigation Bluetooth all that sorta stuff and is tank in 4x4 we take it hunting and the farm we hunt is extremely steep and rough and wet. We have taken that little Toyota places that my dodge or his old Ford f150 wouldn't dream of going. Now that same truck used is like 45k its crazy that they go up in price after they are used. I've seen several Toyotas with a higher sale price than the original sticker price. I really like the f150 (2018 and newer) but that cam phaser issue has me really hesitant to buy one
