It warmed up a little bit today, to about the freezing mark. Got one walk in for an hour. About ready to go for another one. Realized the holidays put more weight on me than it should have. Preparing a change of diet and staying to a routine of hour walks or for as long as I feel like it. Normal distance in an hour is now 2.6 miles, pushing it I can jump it up to 3 miles in same time frame. Considering weight lifting and squats.
