Hi all, just bought a 70 Dart project car, its actually being shipped here from AZ now. Plans are for it to be a fairly hot street/strip drag week type car with a hotter than stock Hellcat platform engine. Ill be posting picks as I go. Its headed to my chassis shop for rear end and cage work a few weeks after it arrives. It has an alterkation front end under it now. We are doing mini tubs with a 9" rear and 4 link. While this will be my first A body, I have had a 1320 Challenger and a Hellcat Challenger previous and have raced everything from top sportsman to Blown gassers. Sure. I know him.
No more gasser. Sold it a couple years ago. Just running my kids dragster for now until the Dart is ready.
Your build plan is what I dream about at night. Looking forward to it and hopefully after I finish remodeling and selling my house, I’ll be able to make some progress too! Any ideas on how you’ll approach fitting the engine up front?

The car has an Alterkation front end under it already for the gen 3 hemi. I will also be using a front engine and mid plate. Ati SFI case for the turbo 400 with their bellhousing that adapts to it.
Not this June, this will take me a couple years I’m guessing. Mostly acquiring parts this year.
