Is this how you guys with lokar style throttle cables and billet brackets are setting yo the linkage ? Can't get wot, approx. 1/2" away

did you cut the wire cable a little shorter and then reset it with the allen head screw in the part that bolts to the carb linkage??

Might be just the pic, but the cable anchor on the carb lever looks too far away from the centre shaft.....which can cause your problem, unable to get to WOT.
Move the anchor downwards one hole, closer to the shaft. Looks like there are a couple of holes there for that.

I'm going to try moving it to the hole below. Thanks

I cut the wire sleeve down to about 16" and left it centered in the bracket for adjustment

i'm talking about the braided wire cable.
maybe try it this way. take the braided wire out of the anchor. leave the anchor in the carb linkage. push the carb linkage back so it's WOT, mark the braided wire so it will slide into the anchor an inch or so...cut the wire there and insert it into the anchor, tighten up set screw.
have your other adjustment methods all in the midrange so you can fine tune if needed after cutting the wire..

that ^ method will probably just pull your thorttle pedal up higher inside the car. Try what Bewy said first perhaps. maybe that will get you there...

Got it, the not so great thing about the jegs cable is it only allows the wire to slide approx 3/8" into the anchor. So if I cut it that's pretty much it

I'm going to try and attach the throttle cable to the mount for the spring return. .I just hope it doesn't excessively wear the cable since it will be on an upward angle

Are you trying to get more travel at the carb? If so that is the wrong direction. You need to go closer to the shaft.
Yes, when the pedal is pinned I need approx another 1/2" for the secondaries to fully open

You need to go closer to the shaft or drop it down a hole. Might not get you a half inch but you can try it easily and see.

Looks like my only option is to move it down to the hole I circled . ..going to try it later

Wow, that was a simple fix, just like everyone recommended moving the stud down did the trick. Didn't even have to adjust the cable linkage, it's perfect now

I've been pretty MIA the past couple months between work & other things that popped up but finally got to take the car for a spin. The car feels extremely responsive, pictured below are the plugs after maybe 30min of driving and a few quick blasts. What the concensus on how they are looking?
