Packard 56
Maybe I'm misunderstanding something.
I agree with bulkhead connectors having curled sides.(pico #134-bp). The op mentioned "dash harness and Packard". So I immediately thought of Packard 56.
The Pico 138-BP(Packard56??) are a 99% match to my factory ones.
The Pico 134-BP are a 100% match to my factory ones.
These pics are from what I believe are Packard 56. You can see like Mattax mentioned they have PED stamped into them. You can also see the tiny tabs that I had to snip to get them to fit into the female connectors.
