In 1995, right after moving to Minot ND, I had to attend a 6 week class in Erie PA. The people in Erie think they have the worst winters on the planet! I was prompted to get a hat at the Minot airport that read: NORTH DAKOTA - 30 Below keeps the riff-faff out. Wore it all over Erie and people went "Huh?".
