My grandmother had wild rhubarb in her back yard and frequently made pies with that "sour celery".

Only way to get them down ..:) ..

Cardoons are really good with a steak and and a cold beer.. we pick them the end of May. Everybody had their own spot to harvest them, while looking over their shoulder to see if any spies were lurking. :):)

Never heard of that.

...but bacon sure makes a salad better.

It is a Christie, never heard of him before but he was an innovator in direct front drive (no drive shaft), also was one of the first if not the first to make a dual engine four-wheel drive racecar.
