Original factory tires
That post is for the post 2000 DOT coding. They used only 3 numbers up until 1999 for date codes. First 2 for week and last for year. tires didn't last long back then so there was little , , confusion on the years. 101 Could be 10th week of 71, 81, or 91.
Take that tire off. Not safe to use at all.
