Stop in for a cup of coffee

At 65, I still workout 5 days a week. M,W,F, 1/2hr, of ab work, then 3 sets of 15 pull ups, 3 sets of 25 push ups, 3 sets of 15 dips. Dumbbell, squats and arm work. Tu,Th, 1/2 hr of abs and, ride the road bike for 10 miles. I do the same in Viet Nam, but use an old B's stationary bike.... difference in health here is the better food. I've already lost 4 lbs since I've been here. 6' and 192lbs is my regular weight
