What Fuel setup are you running

The best elec pump for your application is the Carter 4594. Yes, they can be noisy, but they can also be quiet, depending on how you mount them.
I have mine mounted behind the driver's side rear wheel. I cannot hear it & I have good hearing. The wheel blocks the sound. Not all chassis layouts allow this. Also, I have it mounted to the chassis rail, not the trunk floor. Another, unique, feature of the Carter pump helps here. The fuel circulates through the elec motor section, cooling the motor & lubricating the brgs.
I have made 'clamps' that go around the pump body. I glue some 1/8" rubber inside the clamp to avoid metal-to-metal contact. This also helps dampen the sound. The pump does not overheat because of the unique deign, above.
