Wife and daughter painted the main bathroom several years ago when I was on a business trip. They used semi gloss kubota orange color latex paint. Not a big room but it still took 2 gallons of kiltz premium and a gallon of high hide white to get it done.
I'm not a fan of painting any way and bathrooms really suck but this one really sucked to a new level.

My friend always tells me when things aren't going as planned, "Embrace the suck"!!!!!!!:poke::rofl::rofl:

I shared a bathroom with my Dad when I was growing up, and he painted it Black and Decker orange. I loved it. One time when he was traveling my Mom went in and painted it Harvest Gold. It was horrible. Dad never said anything. After that he put wood paneling up. Wood paneling in the bathroom isn't a terrific idea though it did look nice.

My farmer uncle has a John Deere green and yellow bathroom, complete with hood decals from a 4440. It’s kinda cool but a bit overwhelming the first time you walk in there!!

Kubota Orange??????????????? Wow.

Just a fun fact: Fast food restaurants use offensive colors on the interior to subliminally suggest that people not stick around very long.

Thinking about it a minute, maybe it kept that teenage daughter from primping in there all day.

I am almost done with redecorating one bedroom at home that was painted in a hideous dark orange about 16 years ago. My son chose the colour, and against my better judgment we went ahead.
The room was so bad it turned out to be easier to replace all the drywall lining and start again.

He moves back in tomorrow. :)

Next bedroom gets demolished probably Wednesday.

Painted the skirting boards yesterday, fitting today, and then put the furniture back. :)
