Hurst bayonet shifter parts

Rebuilding my shifter and wondering if someone has one each of the parts shown. I’ve got one shim that the lock is broke off and one gasket piece that’s in pretty rough shape. I know I could buy a kit but would rather find some good useable parts if possible. Thanks in advance!
