Update After i got the length of the push rod with the number 1 cylinder at TDC which was 9.905 added .030 for preload, 6.935 and she still ticks! emailed hughes and they told me .080-0.120 preload on stock magnum lifters. maybe the lifters are not pumping up, but i do see oil to the rockers
