I use Motorcraft is say 90 percent of the time. But from time to time I need an oil change and im low on funds and put some conventional in it lol. Motorcraft isn't as high as some of the others but rural king brand oil is cheap cheap. I think was like 15 bucks for the 5 quart bottle. Vs 32 or whatever for Motorcraft
