Tehran was very pro-west when I was there under the Shah. We used to ski at Dizin, Abali, and some would go to Shemshack. There used to be a place downtown that had a bowling alley, indoor pools, and a lot of activities that everyone enjoyed. Think it was called CRC. The Iranian people are a great people, and I hope one day will rise up and show that the Persians are above all the garbage that the radicals have brought to the country.
