It’s a factory SBP 8 3/4. Those are just negative or maybe 0 offset wheels. A 71 B body rear would put the wheels another 3” further out.

And that’s a Duster, so, on a Valiant they be another 1” outside the quarters because the quarters are narrower. Even a +50 offset wouldn’t be enough.
