Hey guys, any flow numbers and/or experience with the Clearwater Odessa Magnum monster heads with 2.02/1.6 valves? A bit pricey for cast heads, wondering if they perform well?

Seems most suppliers are out of stock on SB heads for a long time right now, wondering if these could be a good option for a performance build.

I wonder if they are actually currently “available”.
As in...... sitting on the shelf ready to go.

looks like the website will let you go through and checkout with them, i'd be really surprised if they had any of the castings that are pictured in their stock. those castings haven't been made for a few years now.

Most likely it's the junk speedmaster cast iron magnum replacement head.

Have you messed with any of those yet?
Any “ootb” flow numbers?

That’s what I was thinking.
I wonder if there are Chinese castings that have the same appearance on the ends as the old EQ heads.

$1300 does seem like a pretty premium price for two iron Chinese heads though.

They're only junk if you consider the price for cast iron Magnum heads and they are in no way ready to run out of the box. I'll have some 2.02 1.60 numbers very very soon.
I already did a set with 1.94's and hit to 260s. They kick *** on my truck. They are only 150 CC's out of the box and have 8mm guides. So you have do guide work and address the chamber with the sunk valve job. They're just too much money for what they are when not on sale...and they lied about the port volume. The company is **** more than the heads are.

And for the people who want to know what flow numbers look like without anything done 226 cfm peak .600-.700
With .100-.400 looking like dogshit.

Simply address the sunken valve job and light blending gives you 250's cfm.

I'd love to dyno something with my own 1.94 set. ..

If "Clearwater" or "Odessa" is associated with it, RUN. they have a terrible reputation.
